This completely new, multi-story house sits on the footprint of a small ranch. The plan preserves the old swimming pool and provides plenty of light and space for an active, young family.
The narrow footprint of the original house presented many opportunities to bring in lots of natural light. The interior photos show the view towards the front door & central kitchen.
