This workplace/residence, home of Steele Kellogg AIA, incorporates many green, sustainable features–among them, a structural insulated panel (SIP) exterior, true southern exposure for passive solar gain, four solar panel arrays, three geothermal wells, triple glazed windows, reclaimed wood, local hardwood floors, bamboo kitchen cabinets, terrazzo counters and floors, all within walking distance of transportation and shopping.​
